Alan Downie, Managing Partner, personally visits our local markets daily at 5:30 am to secure the best available fish on each day, after which the product is delivered to Whitehills and processed for all orders.
All online orders are dispatched daily on 24 hour delivery services, thus ensuring your order is with you less than 48 hours from being landed at the market.
